Time flies!

With The Hills back on our screens and The Simple Life reboot rumours floating around the internet, what was once old is now officially new again.

From Cardi B to Paris Hilton, so many household names have evolved from reality TV and it’s time to check in on them all.

HEIDI MONTAG AND SPENCER PRATT - THE HILLS

The pair famously admitted to losing all of their reality fortune quickly after The Hills wrapped up, and are still currently rebuilding it through appearances on other reality TV shows like Celebrity Big Brother, Wife Swap and the new reboot of The Hills: New Beginnings.

Speidi also welcomed their son Gunner in 2018, so true love on reality TV does exist!

PARIS HILTON AND NICOLE RICHIE - THE SIMPLE LIFE

Nicole and Paris have since reconciled after falling out immediately after their reality TV stunt, and have since gone down very different paths.

Nicole has two children with husband Joel Madden and is set to be a judge on an upcoming fashion reality TV series alongside Naomi Campbell and Heidi Klum.

On the other hand, Paris had a DJ residency in Ibiza for four years and continues to model and release music, with the music video for her latest song My Best Friend’s Ass featuring Kim Kardashian.

CARDI B - LOVE & HIP HOP: NEW YORK

Before she was winning Grammys and breaking the internet, Cardi B had a two-season stint on reality TV in 2015.

While cast members scoffed at her decision to leave the show in order to further her music career, she has since achieved the first number one song for a female rapper in 19 years and scored a number one album in the US with Invasion of Privacy.

NICOLE “SNOOKI” POLIZZI - JERSEY SHORE

When Jersey Shore finished, Snooki continued down the reality TV route appearing on Dancing With The Stars, Celebrity Apprentice and Fear Factor, and currently hosts How Far Is Tattoo Far?.

Snooki also has three children with her husband and stars in the reboot of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, with the third season set to premiere on July 11.

KIM KARDASHIAN - KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS

Kim first appeared on reality TV as Paris Hilton’s stylist on The Simple Life and boosted to notoriety in 2007 when Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered around the same time that her sex tape with Ray-J leaked.

In a decade, she’s become one of the most influential people on the planet with a net worth of $175 million, a makeup line, multiple apps and four kids.

KELLY OSBOURNE - THE OSBOURNES

After featuring on her family’s reality show (and looking like an ultimate rock chick), Kelly tried her hand at singing and acting before returning back to reality TV.

She has since hosted Fashion Police on E! and appeared as a judge on Project Runway: Junior and Australia’s Got Talent in 2016.

ADAM LAMBERT - AMERICAN IDOL

Adam Lambert finished as the runner-up of American Idol in 2009 after auditioning with a Queen hit, and now incidentally tours the world as the frontman for the band.

He’s also been nominated for a Grammy award, and earlier this month he stopped by Smallzy’s Surgery to talk all about touring with Queen and his cameo in Bohemian Rhapsody.
