There’s one scene in ‘Love Actually’ that was apparently “excruciating” to film

And it’s not the one you think

Love Actually is one of the best Christmas movies ever to be made.

Not THE best (we’ve already sorted that one out) but definitely a strong contender.

We love it, everyone loves it, there’s a lot to love about it.

But it turns out there’s one scene which was “excruciating” to film.

And no, it’s not the awkward let’s get naked and pretend to rom against a pillar scene. You know the one.

Hugh Grant doesn’t remember much from the film apparently, except “There was the horror of that scene where I had to dance around,” he said.

For reference and pure enjoyment, he’s talking about this scene:

It never gets old, but Hugh doesn’t share our love.

“I suspect that was the most excruciating scene ever committed. It wasn’t easy for an Englishman in his 40s to do at 7 in the morning, stone-cold sober,” he said.

If that isn’t scandalous enough, Hugh also said he has no bloody idea why people still watch Love Actually.

“I don’t know why Love Actually is still so popular,” he said in a recent interview according to People Magazine.

“Everyone watches it at Christmas, which is nice.”

How about we all just agree to leave Love Actually alone?
