Say it with us now, MIKE WAZOWSKI!

Pixar fans RN:

The day is finally here, Monstropolis is reopening for the small screen!

Pixar and Disney have announced that Monsters, Inc. is getting a TV show next year. Before you get all high and mighty saying "We already got more Monsters, Inc. with the sequel Monsters University," just sit back down, because we ALWAYS need more Monsters, Inc.

Monsters At Work will pick up six months after Monsters, Inc. in which Sulley and Mike Wazowski completely change the power plant’s tactic on receiving power by harvesting children's laughter instead of screams. Naturally, our favourite monsters are now in the comedy business.

The OG voices will be back for the animated series; Billy Crystal as Mike and John Goodman as Sulley. According to Bustle, the series will follow Tylor Tuskmon, voiced by Ben Feldman, "An eager and talented young mechanic on the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team (MIFT) who dreams of working his way up to the factory Laugh Floor to become a Jokester alongside his idols Mike and Sulley."

Mike and Sulley aren't the only monsters set to hit the small screen, Yeti and Celia Mae will be back, but what about the adorable Boo? We’re praying to the Pixar Gods they bring Boo back.

We’re watching you, Pixar. Always watching.

Monsters At Work premieres on Disney’s upcoming streaming service, Disney+ in 2020.
