"If you’re reading this..."

Jordyn Woods told fans she's "grateful" to be alive in her first Instagram post since her cheating scandal.

The model and reality star, 21, posted a selfie debuting her new hairstyle, a short bob, and wrote a positive message for her 9.4 million followers.

"If you’re reading this... it means God has given you another day to wake up and be grateful & better than you were yesterday," Jordyn stated.

She later posted a number of photos on her Instagram Stories of women she finds inspiring, including Oprah, soccer player Mia Hamm, Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai, filmmaker Ava DuVernay, and Michelle Obama, to celebrate International Women’s Day.

"I want to honor some women I admire for their constant contribution to make an impact on today's society," she wrote.

Jordyn also paid tribute to her mother, Elizabeth, with a sweet throwback photo of the pair from her childhood.

"To all the strong mothers holding it down.. the most special woman in my life," she gushed.

The model faced a huge backlash last month (Feb19) following reports she had hooked up with Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy Tristan Thompson at a house party.

Jordyn, who is best friends with Khloe's half-sister Kylie Jenner, was shaded online by members of the Kardashian family, and later appeared on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk Facebook series to explain her side of the story.

The star, who had modelled for Khloe's Good American jeans brand, apologised for her actions, but insisted that the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player kissed her on the lips, and nothing more.

Khloe, who shares baby daughter True Thompson with the cheating sportsman, attacked Jordyn in a series of vicious posts on Twitter, calling her a liar and blaming her for the breakup of their family.

The 34-year-old later backtracked, and admitted that:

"Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family.”
