Oh that poor little baby

It’s something that has been mentioned over the past couple months since the whole Robert Kardashian and Black Chyna epic break up happened.

How much has or will this drama affect their daughter, Dream.

Well, The Department of Children and Family services in LA County are genuinely concerned about the welfare of the 10-month-old, they have actually taken the matter to court.

TMZ reports child welfare officials have raised the issue with L.A. County Dependency Court and asked for a judge to determine if 10-month-old Dream Kardashian is in fact “safe”.

The media outlet also reported that sources close to the situation said the department began investigating following the reports of China’s drug use.

Dream was born in November, after Kardashian and Chyna had numerous on-and-off rumours circulating. Four months later, the couple officially split.

It wasn’t exactly a civil break-up, Kardashian posted naked photos of his ex which led Chyna to take out a restraining order against him.

Dream is the first child for Kardashian and Chyna’s second child.

She has a three-year-old son named King from her relationship with Tyga, who is Kylie Jenner’s ex. So many relationship crossovers.

Reports say the couple have been unable to reach a custody agreement over their daughter since the split. People reports there is an expected courtroom date later this month on September 18 to sort it all out.
